Job Title: Chat Customer Service Representative (Work From Office)

Job Summary: We are looking for an energetic, empathetic, and results-driven Chat Customer Service Representative to join our growing support team. In this role, you will be the voice of our brand—communicating entirely through non-verbal platforms like live chat, email, and social media messaging. Key Responsibilities:

- Handle incoming customer communications through chat, text, email, and social media channels.
- Resolve customer issues quickly, compassionately, and efficiently using written communication only.
- Provide product consultations and ensure a high-quality, memorable customer support experience.
- Maintain accuracy in grammar, spelling, and tone across all text-based interactions.

Candidate Requirements:

- Experience:



Freshers are welcome to apply; 1+ years of customer service or BPO experience is a plus.
- Communication: Exceptional written English skills with strong grammar and spelling accuracy.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent minimum requirement.
- Technical Skills: Computer savvy with quick typing speeds and comfortable navigating multiple windows/systems.
- Shift Flexibility: Willingness to work in a flexible 24/7 operational environment.
