Inside Sales Executive – Digital Marketing

We are looking for a confident and target-driven Inside Sales Executive – Digital Marketing to generate leads, connect with potential clients, and drive sales through phone calls, emails, and online communication channels. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and persuasion skills, along with a basic understanding of digital marketing services and client acquisition.

The role involves contacting prospective businesses, understanding their requirements, presenting suitable digital marketing solutions, managing follow-ups, and converting leads into paying clients to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with potential clients through cold calling, email outreach, and online platforms.
- Generate and qualify leads for digital marketing and IT services.
- Promote services such as Google Ads, SEO, social media marketing, website development, and lead generation.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable service packages.
- Explain service benefits, pricing, and business value to prospective customers.
- Schedule sales meetings and online consultations with interested prospects.
- Follow up with leads consistently to improve conversion rates.
- Handle client queries, objections, and initial sales discussions professionally.
- Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and service details as required.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM.




- Coordinate with the business development and marketing teams for smooth client onboarding.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Experience

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in inside sales, telesales, business development, or digital marketing sales is preferred. Experience selling IT services or digital marketing solutions will be an added advantage.
