- 1–3 years of experience in tour package operations
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Knowledge of destinations, suppliers, and travel processes
- Ability to manage multiple bookings and timelines efficiently
- Coordinate end-to-end operations for domestic and international tour packages
- Liaise with suppliers (hotels, transport, guides) to ensure smooth execution
- Handle booking confirmations, vouchers, and travel documentation
- Coordinate with trip designers/sales teams for package finalization
- Monitor service delivery during tours and resolve operational issues
- Maintain cost sheets, vendor records, and operational reports
