Job Summary

We are hiring experienced Assistant Managers to manage existing customers, understand their financial needs, and generate business through cross-selling and up-selling insurance products. The company will provide the customer leads/database.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and engage with customers from the company-provided database.
- Schedule and conduct customer meetings.
- Understand customer financial and insurance needs.
- Cross-sell and up-sell suitable insurance products.
- Achieve monthly sales and premium collection targets.
- Follow up on renewals and support customer retention.
- Resolve customer queries and service requests.




- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Improve lead conversion rates.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records in the system.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 6 months of relevant work experience.
- Experience in insurance, banking, life insurance, broking, or related BFSI sales.
- Freshers are not eligible.
- Maximum age: 33 years.
- Positive communication and customer relationship skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- English and regional language proficiency preferred.
