About the Role

AathifPay is looking for an experienced Regional Sales Head to lead business growth across South India. The role involves expanding our distributor and retailer network, developing business partnerships, and building a strong regional sales team.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead regional sales operations, revenue growth, and market expansion across South India.
- Build and expand B2B distributor, retailer, and business partner networks.
- Recruit, train, lead, and motivate regional sales teams.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Manage relationships with key accounts and fintech partners.
- Monitor sales performance, identify market opportunities, and drive business improvements.
- Coordinate with operations, accounts,



and technical teams to support partners and resolve issues.

Candidate Requirements

- At least 10 years of relevant sales experience, with a strong background in sales leadership and team management.
- Proven experience in fintech, digital payments, and B2B channel sales.
- Demonstrated success in distributor network development and business expansion.
- Solid leadership, negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel across South India.
- Ability to work from Ernakulam, Kerala.
