Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Export Coordinator to manage export documentation, coordinate with international customers and freight forwarders, and ensure the timely and smooth shipment of goods in compliance with export regulations.

Key Responsibilities

- Export Documentation: Prepare and verify commercial invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and other export-related documents.
- Shipment Coordination: Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs agents, and transporters to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
- Customs Clearance: Coordinate with customs brokers and ensure compliance with applicable export procedures and regulations.
- International Customer Coordination: Communicate with overseas customers regarding order status,



shipment schedules, and delivery updates.
- Order Processing: Coordinate with the Sales, Production, Purchase, and Accounts departments to ensure timely execution of export orders.
- Logistics Management: Arrange transportation, container booking, and shipment tracking.
- Banking & Payment Coordination: Coordinate with the Accounts and Finance teams regarding export payments, shipping documents, and Letter of Credit (LC) requirements, where applicable.
- Regulatory Compliance: Maintain export records and ensure compliance with applicable DGFT, customs, GST, and foreign trade regulations.
- MIS & Reporting: Maintain shipment trackers, export documentation records, pending order reports, and dispatch schedules.
- Problem Resolution: Handle shipment delays, documentation discrepancies, and coordination issues efficiently.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
