Job OverviewWe are looking for a skilled and hands-on VMC Setter cum Programmer to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will independently handle VMC machine programming, accurate tooling setups, work offsets, and quality validation to produce high-tolerance engineering components. [1,



2]Key Responsibilities1. Programming & Optimization

- Create, input, and modify 2D/3D VMC programs using manual programming (G & M codes) or CAM software.
- Optimize existing tool paths to reduce machining cycle time and improve tool life.
- Verify program simulations to prevent crashes and ensure efficient machining processes. [1, 2, 3]

2. Machine Setting & Tooling

- Perform complete machine setups, including loading fixtures, clamping devices, and raw materials.
- Select appropriate cutting tools, holders, and inserts based on material specifications.
- Set accurate tool offsets (height and radius) and work coordinates

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
