Job Summary

We are looking for an organized and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in daily operations, customer communication, order processing, and sales administration. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate effectively with customers and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth day-to-day sales operations.
- Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and other sales-related documents.
- Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders, payments, and deliveries.
- Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and reports.
- Coordinate with the accounts, production, and dispatch teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Track sales activities, pending orders, and customer requirements.
- Assist the sales team in preparing presentations, proposals, and sales reports.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with existing customers.




- Support the sales team in achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic to advanced knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Good customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and a positive, skilled attitude.

Experience

- 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, sales support, customer service, or administration preferred.
- Freshers with good communication and computer skills may also apply.
