About the Role

LR Energy is looking for experienced engineering professionals to lead discipline-specific activities for Compressed Biogas (CBG) and industrial process-plant projects.

The role requires candidates who understand EPC / EPCM / PMC project environments and can handle engineering review, contractor and vendor coordination, multidisciplinary interfaces, site execution, quality control, commissioning readiness, technical issue resolution and project documentation.

Industry Experience — Important

Candidates should preferably have worked on projects in one or more of the following sectors:

CBG / Biogas / Bio-CNG / Waste-to-Energy / Biomass / Renewable Gas / Oil & Gas / Refinery / Petrochemical / Fertilizer / Chemical / Ethanol / Distillery / Industrial Process Plants.

Direct CBG, Biogas, Bio-CNG or Waste-to-Energy experience will be given preference.

Candidates whose experience is predominantly limited to commercial buildings, residential MEP, real estate, facility maintenance, telecom infrastructure or transmission/distribution projects without industrial process-plant exposure may not be suitable for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

Senior Manager – Electrical

- Review SLDs, load lists, cable schedules, layouts, equipment sizing, earthing and lightning protection systems.
- Review EPC / EPCM contractor and vendor technical submissions.
- Monitor HT/LT electrical installation and process-plant electrical systems.
- Coordinate transformers, switchgear, MCC/PCC panels, DG/UPS and associated systems.
- Support inspection, testing, pre-commissioning and commissioning.
- Coordinate electrical interfaces with mechanical,



process and instrumentation teams.
- Monitor punch-point closure, statutory requirements and final documentation.
- Guide site engineers and coordinate discipline priorities.

Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical Engineering.

Senior Manager – Piping

- Review P&IDs;, piping layouts, isometrics, piping specifications, supports and vendor documents.
- Review EPC / EPCM engineering submissions and resolve technical queries.
- Coordinate piping interfaces with process, mechanical, civil, electrical and instrumentation teams.
- Monitor fabrication, erection, welding, testing and hydrotest readiness.
- Review field deviations and support resolution of site issues.
- Monitor quality compliance and piping punch-point closure.
- Support as-built drawings, final documentation and project handover.
- Experience with process piping, gas pipelines and utility piping will be preferred.

Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering or relevant discipline.

Key Responsibilities-

Senior Manager – Instrumentation

- Review instrument index, I/O lists,



control philosophy, datasheets, layouts, cable schedules and instrumentation documentation.
- Review DCS / PLC / SCADA systems and their interfaces.
- Review EPC / EPCM contractor and vendor submissions.
- Monitor field instrument installation, calibration, loop checking and testing.
- Coordinate process-control interfaces and instrumentation packages.
- Support FAT, SAT, pre-commissioning and commissioning.
- Track instrumentation punch points, as-built documentation and final handover.
- Experience with process instrumentation, gas handling, compressors, analyzers and automation systems will be preferred.

Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. in Instrumentation / Electronics & Communication / relevant engineering discipline.

- Experience coordinating with EPC contractors, consultants, vendors and clients

- Site execution and commissioning experience

- Experience managing contractors and multidisciplinary interfaces
- Strong documentation, quality and safety orientation
- Ability to independently lead the respective engineering discipline
- Willingness to work from Gurugram and travel to project sites as required

- Biogas generation systems
- Biogas purification / upgrading

- Waste-to-Energy / biomass projects
- CBG plant commissioning and operations
