Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Inventory Controller to manage stock accuracy, inventory movements, stock audits, and inventory-related operations across our retail stores and warehouse.

Key Responsibilities

1. Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records across all branches and warehouse locations.

2. Conduct regular physical stock verification and inventory audits.

3. Identify and investigate stock discrepancies, shortages, excess stock, and damages.

4. Monitor stock transfers between branches and warehouse locations.

5. Ensure proper documentation of GRN, stock inward, outward, returns, and adjustments.

6. Coordinate with store managers, purchase, accounts, and warehouse teams.

7. Track slow-moving, non-moving, and dead stock.

8. Ensure proper stock allocation and replenishment across branches.

9. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.

10. Monitor stock accuracy in the ERP / inventory management system.

Identify inventory control issues and recommend corrective actions.

12. Ensure compliance with company inventory policies and procedures.

Required Skills

- Solid knowledge of inventory management and stock control.

- Good analytical and numerical skills.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory management software.

- Knowledge of ERP / POS systems is an added advantage.

- Strong coordination and communication skills.

- Ability to identify discrepancies and solve inventory-related issues.

- Willingness to travel to different branches when required.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience in retail inventory management is preferred.

- Experience handling multi-branch inventory operations will be an added advantage.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
