Bazaari Global Finance Ltd. is hiring an experienced Senior Accountant for its Jodhpur location. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, bank reconciliation, loan accounting, statutory compliance, and maintaining accurate financial records in accordance with company policies and applicable regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate books of accounts.
- Handle loan accounting, interest accounting, and customer ledger reconciliation.
- Maintain general ledgers, journal entries, payment vouchers, receipts, and expense records.
- Perform bank reconciliation and resolve discrepancies in financial transactions.
- Prepare monthly financial statements, balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and MIS reports.
- Handle GST, TDS, and other applicable statutory compliances.
- Monitor vendor payments, employee reimbursements, and operational expenses.
- Coordinate with banks, auditors, and internal departments for accounting-related matters.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
- Maintain accurate records of loan disbursements, repayments, interest income, and outstanding balances.
- Support internal and statutory audits and ensure proper documentation.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, RBI requirements, and company policies.
- Assist in budgeting, financial analysis,



and cash flow monitoring.
- Identify accounting discrepancies and implement appropriate corrective measures.

Requirements:

- Experience: 3+ Years in Accounting and Finance.
- Industry: NBFC / Banking / Financial Services experience preferred.
- Qualification: B.Com / M.Com or relevant qualification in Accounting and Finance.
- Solid knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and bank reconciliation.
- Experience in loan accounting, ledger reconciliation, and financial reporting preferred.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime / ERP and MS Excel.
- Knowledge of statutory compliance, audit documentation, and financial closing.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

As per company norms (Depends on interview performance and relevant experience)
