Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Senior US IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for US-based clients and internal technology teams. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in sourcing, screening, and hiring IT professionals across various technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, GitHub, job boards, and Boolean search techniques.
- Work with hiring managers and clients to understand hiring requirements and ensure timely closures.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and update ATS/VMS systems accurately.
- Ensure compliance with US employment regulations, tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099), and visa categories (H1B, EAD, GC,



TN).
- Mentor junior recruiters and share market insights and sourcing best practices.

Skill Requirements

Required Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience in US IT recruitment within a staffing or corporate setting.
- Strong understanding of technology domains, including Software Development, Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering, and Cybersecurity.
- Hands-on experience with ATS/VMS platforms and major job portals.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience recruiting for niche and hard-to-fill technical roles.
- Ability to build and maintain strong candidate networks.
