Job Summary

Zorba Estates is looking for motivated individuals who enjoy travelling and working outside the office. This position involves exploring different parts of Bengaluru, finding properties available for rent or sale and collecting accurate property information.

The candidate will work on the ground, visit different locations, interact with property owners and help the internal team maintain an updated collection of available properties.

Day-to-Day Activities

- Travel within designated areas to find properties available for rent and sale.
- Visit residential buildings, independent houses, apartments and commercial properties.
- Speak with owners and collect details about their available properties.
- Take photographs of the property, building entrance, exterior and surrounding location.
- Note down property specifications, asking price,



address and owner contact details.
- Send the collected information and photographs to the respective internal team.
- Explore new locations regularly to identify additional property listings.

What We Are Looking For

- Candidates with 10th standard education or higher.
- 0–3 years of experience; freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Willingness to travel and work in different areas of Bengaluru.
- Interest in outdoor activities and field-based responsibilities.
- Ability to communicate with property owners.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Compensation

- Monthly salary between ₹20,000 and ₹40,000.
