Job Description

MarketWealth Group is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Associate to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, connecting with potential clients, promoting company services, and building strong client relationships.

Responsibilities:

- Identify and generate new business opportunities.
- Contact potential clients through calls and other communication channels.
- Explain company services to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into clients.
- Achieve business development targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support business growth.




- Maintain client records and prepare daily activity reports.

Requirements:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English and Hindi
- Basic knowledge of sales, marketing, or financial services is preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel skills.
- Robust negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
