Experience: 2–5 Years (Candidates with relevant experience will be preferred)

1. Job Overview

We are looking for passionate, dedicated, and qualified TGT & PGT English Teachers to join our academic team. The ideal candidates should have excellent command over the English language, robust communication skills, effective classroom management abilities, and a thorough understanding of the CBSE curriculum.

The selected candidates will be responsible for delivering engaging English lessons, developing students' language and literary skills, and ensuring effective learning outcomes through innovative teaching methodologies.

2. Educational Qualifications

For TGT English:

- Bachelor's Degree in English from a recognized university.
- B.Ed. degree is mandatory.
- CTET/STET qualification will be preferred, wherever applicable.
- Sound knowledge of the CBSE curriculum and teaching methodologies.

For PGT English:

- Master's Degree (M.A.) in English from a recognized university.
- B.Ed. degree is mandatory.
- CTET/STET qualification will be preferred, wherever applicable.
- Strong command over English literature, grammar, language, and composition.

3. Experience Required

- 2–5 years of teaching experience in a reputed CBSE-affiliated school will be preferred.
- Freshers with excellent subject knowledge and strong teaching aptitude may also be considered.




- Experience in teaching according to CBSE guidelines and examination patterns will be an added advantage.

4. Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver engaging, student-centric English lessons as per the CBSE curriculum.
- Teach English grammar, literature, reading comprehension, writing skills, vocabulary, and communication skills.
- Develop students' reading, writing, listening, and speaking abilities.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, projects, and teaching materials.
- Conduct regular assessments, class tests, and examinations.
- Evaluate answer sheets and provide constructive feedback to students.
- Prepare students effectively for CBSE board examinations, especially for senior classes (PGT).
- Encourage students to participate in debates, speeches, creative writing, storytelling, and other literary activities.
- Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive, inclusive learning environment.
- Monitor students' academic progress and provide additional support wherever required.
- Maintain academic records, attendance, assessment reports, and other documentation.
- Participate in staff meetings, parent-teacher meetings, training sessions, and school activities.
- Integrate technology and innovative teaching methods into classroom instruction.

6. Working Schedule & Benefits

- Working Days: As per school schedule.
- Duty Timings: 7:00 AM to 1:30 PM.
