- You'll Help Customers Understand Loan Products, Complete Applications, Resolve Queries, And Ensure A Smooth Experience From Application To Disbursement.

Key Responsibilities

- * Calling customers for overdue payments
- * Follow-up & collection of pending amounts
- * Explaining dues/payment options
- * Updating payment records
- * Handling customer queries

Required Skills

- Excellent Communication Skills In Hindi And English.
- Strong Customer Service And Relationship Management Abilities.
- Good Follow-Up, Coordination, And Interpersonal Skills.
- Basic Computer Knowledge Including MS Office, Email, And CRM Systems.




- Ability To Multitask And Work In A Target-Oriented Environment.
- Positive Attitude, Confidence, And Problem-Solving Mindset.
- Robust Listening And Convincing Skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- * Min 10th pass (12th/Graduate preferred)
- * Good communication & negotiation skills
- * Basic computer knowledge
- * Experience in collections/telecalling preferre
