WebGuruz Technologies is a fast-growing IT services company in Mohali, delivering web development, app development, HubSpot and digital marketing solutions to clients in the US and international markets.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business for web and app development services in the US and international markets
- Find leads through LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, email outreach and cold calling
- Run client discovery calls and understand project requirements
- Prepare custom proposals, estimates and timelines with the technical team




- Negotiate and close deals, and build long-term client relationships
- Maintain pipeline and activity records in the CRM
- Meet monthly targets for leads, meetings and revenue

Requirements

- 2+ years of experience in IT services business development, ideally web or app development
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator; Upwork or other bidding portals are a plus
- Good understanding of tech stacks (WordPress, Shopify, React, MERN, PHP and similar)
- Strong proposal writing and negotiation skills
- Excellent English communication skills and strong confidence with international clients
- Comfortable working night shifts on a fixed basis

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
