HR Executive – Construction Industry

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, employee onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination, employee relations, and workforce management for construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage recruitment, candidate screening, and employee onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.
- Handle manpower planning and workforce allocation for construction sites.
- Implement HR policies and address employee queries and grievances.
- Maintain HR reports and support labour law and statutory compliance documentation.
- Coordinate with project managers to ensure adequate workforce availability.
- Manage employee exits, documentation,



and HR administration.

Requirements

- 3–5 years of experience in HR operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in the construction industry is preferred.
- Good knowledge of recruitment, payroll coordination, attendance management, and HR documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS software.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
