Working Days: Monday to Friday (Saturday and Sunday off)

We deliver web development, app development, HubSpot and digital marketing solutions to clients across the US and international markets. We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales Manager to lead our inside sales team and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, coach and manage a team of Inside Sales Executives
- Build and carry out outreach strategies using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email and calling campaigns
- Set team targets and track KPIs: outreach, meetings booked, pipeline and revenue
- Personally handle key prospects and high-value opportunities for development and digital marketing services
- Work with the business development, pre-sales and delivery teams on proposals and closures
- Review CRM data and prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management
- Hire,



train and develop team members alongside HR
- Keep improving sales processes, scripts and outreach quality

Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in IT services sales, including at least 2 years leading an inside sales team
- Expert in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and B2B outreach strategy
- Strong knowledge of web/app development and digital marketing services
- Excellent English communication skills and robust presentation skills
- High confidence, leadership and people-management skills
- A proven record of building pipeline and meeting team revenue targets
- Strong CRM and reporting skills; HubSpot is a plus
- Comfortable working night shifts on a fixed basis
