We are hiring a skilled Civil Engineer with 3–7+ years of experience in residential and commercial construction projects. The candidate should have robust knowledge of construction, site execution, quality control, measurements, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, coordinate and supervise civil construction activities.
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, contractors, vendors and site teams.
- Review and understand structural, architectural and construction drawings.
- Ensure site execution is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor RCC, concrete, masonry, plastering, flooring, waterproofing and finishing works.
- Check site measurements, quantities, levels and dimensions.
- Monitor quality of materials and workmanship.
- Coordinate manpower, material procurement and vendor requirements.
- Track project progress and ensure activities are completed on schedule.
- Prepare daily/weekly site progress reports.
- Identify technical issues and coordinate with consultants and management for solutions.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure proper quality and safety practices.
- Coordinate between the office,



design team and site team for smooth project execution.

Requirements

- Qualification: B.E. Civil Engineering / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Experience: 3–7+ years in civil construction and site execution.
- Good knowledge of construction methods, drawings, measurements, and materials.
- Tamil-speaking candidates preferred
- Ability to manage labour, subcontractors, and site activities.
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence is mandatory.
- Willing to work at different site locations across Chennai.

Salary & Benefits

- Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month, depending on experience, skills, and interview performance.
