About us

SOUL Society for Organic Living is a sustainable agriculture organisation that has worked with farmers since 2008. We believe positive soil is the foundation of good food: healthy soil grows healthy food, and healthy food builds healthy lives.

Through our brand Khapli Hub, Farmers’ Own Store, we bring organic, native and rare grains directly from our farmers to businesses and homes, with every product traceable to the farmer who grew it. Through Bhumi Upchaar, we help farmers heal their soil and grow without chemicals.

We’re a small, growing team, and we’re looking for a creative person to help tell our farmers’ stories to the world.

What you’ll do

- Manage our social media: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube for Khapli Hub and SOUL
- Plan, create and post content: reels, posts, stories, carousels and captions
- Keep a consistent brand look, the colours, style and tone that reflect who we are
- Travel with the team to farms in different states, and shoot photos and videos of farmers, fields, harvests and practices
- Turn farm visits into engaging stories and content
- Help with website updates (Shopify): adding products, photos, banners and page content
- Track what’s working (reach, engagement, followers) and suggest improvements
- Work closely with the brand lead, brainstorming ideas and improving our content every week





Who we’re looking for

- Creative, with a good eye for design, photos and video
- Comfortable with Canva, CapCut / InShot or similar editing tools
- Understands Instagram, reels and what makes content work
- Good English and Hindi for captions and communication
- Curious and quick to learn, and able to understand our mission and brand
- Happy to travel to villages and farms, and comfortable working outdoors
- Self-motivated and able to work in a hybrid set-up

Good to have (not required)

- Basic photography or videography skills
- Any experience with Shopify or website editing
- Interest in food, farming, sustainability or nature
- A portfolio, or your own social media page, that shows your work
