Key Responsibilities:

 Configure and develop Salesforce Data Cloud solutions.

 Design data ingestion pipelines from CRM, ERP, marketing platforms, and external systems.

 Configure data streams and data mappings.

 Build unified customer profiles and identity resolution frameworks.

 Develop calculated insights and customer segmentation models.

 Support Customer 360 initiatives and AI-driven personalization.

 Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance standards.

 Collaborate with Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud teams for audience activation.

 Optimize platform performance and data architecture.

 Develop integration solutions using APIs and ETL tools.

Required Skills & Expertise:

 2–5 years in Salesforce ecosystem with exposure to Data Cloud.

 Understanding of Customer Data Platform (CDP) concepts.





Experience with:

o Data Modeling

o Data Mapping

o Identity Resolution

o Segmentation

o Data Governance

 Robust SQL skills.

 Experience with APIs, ETL tools, and data integration.

 Knowledge of Customer 360 architecture.

 Understanding of AI, analytics, and customer insights.

Preferred Qualifications:

 Salesforce Data Cloud implementation experience.

 Experience with Marketing Cloud integration.

 Knowledge of Snowflake, Databricks, or similar data platforms.

 Exposure to Tableau CRM / CRM Analytics

Pay: ₹58,333.00 - ₹83,333.00 per year
