About Zorba Estates

Zorba Estates is a Bengaluru-based real estate company helping clients find suitable properties for rent and sale.

We are looking for an active and hardworking Field Executive who can cover assigned areas across Bengaluru and identify properties available for rent or sale. The main responsibility is to take explicit property photos, record 360-degree videos, capture building details, and share the property information and location with our team through WhatsApp.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Visit and cover the areas assigned by the company across Bengaluru.
- Identify properties available for rent or sale.
- Take clear photographs of the entire building and individual properties.
- Capture photos of To-Let boards and properties available for sale.
- Record 360-degree videos of properties wherever possible.
- Share the property photos, videos,



and exact location with the team through WhatsApp.
- Collect basic property details and owner contact information whenever available.
- Regularly update the team about the properties covered during field visits.

Eligibility

- Must have completed 10th standard or above.
- Should be comfortable travelling across different areas of Bengaluru.
- Must know how to use a smartphone to take photos, record videos, share locations, and use WhatsApp.
- Should be active, punctual, and comfortable working outdoors.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.

Salary and Benefits

- Fixed salary of ₹20,000–₹35,000 per month, based on experience and skills.
- Travel allowance provided by the company.
- Additional performance-based incentives over and above the fixed salary.

Who Can Apply?

Candidates who enjoy travelling, exploring different locations, and using their smartphones to collect property information are encouraged to apply. Previous real estate experience is an advantage but is not mandatory.
