Job Description:
We are looking for a customer-focused Sales Consultant to counsel clients, explain clinic services, and convert enquiries into appointments and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable treatments and service packages.
- Explain services, packages, and pricing to prospective clients.
- Handle customer enquiries, follow-ups, and appointment conversions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Achieve sales targets and maintain customer records.
- Coordinate with the clinic team to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Requirements:
- Fluent English communication is mandatory.
- Good communication, convincing, and interpersonal skills.
- Candidates with experience in counselling, jewellery shops, salons, or educational institutes are preferred.
- Customer service and sales experience will be an advantage.
Work Schedule: Sunday working; weekly off on a weekday.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
