About BlinkRest

BlinkRest is a restaurant technology platform helping restaurants streamline operations through digital menus, QR ordering, billing, Kitchen Order Tickets (KOT) and restaurant management tools.

We are looking for an organised, customer-focused and AI-first intern to help restaurants understand BlinkRest, navigate onboarding and receive timely support throughout their initial experience with the platform.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with restaurant onboarding, trial follow-ups and customer communication.
- Use Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini and other available AI assistants to draft FAQs, onboarding guides and step-by-step instructions.
- Help restaurants understand relevant BlinkRest features and direct technical questions to the appropriate team member.
- Maintain onboarding checklists, customer status and follow-up records in Google Sheets or the assigned CRM.
- Summarise customer feedback and identify recurring questions using AI-assisted workflows.
- Prepare explicit support messages and follow-up templates for review by the founding team.
- Coordinate with sales and product teams to track onboarding progress and unresolved issues.
- Maintain organised documentation of common problems and their approved solutions.
- Verify AI-generated information before sharing it with customers.
- Handle customer information responsibly and use only approved tools and access permissions.

Skills Required

- Good written and verbal communication.
- Interest in AI tools, customer experience and software products.
- Basic spreadsheet and documentation skills.
- Organised follow-up habits and attention to detail.




- Patience when explaining software features and helping customers.
- Willingness to learn BlinkRest’s product and escalate technical issues appropriately.

Bonus Skills

- Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini.
- Customer support, CRM or onboarding experience.
- Knowledge of SaaS products, restaurant operations or help documentation.
- AI-assisted knowledge management and workflow automation.

College students and freshers are welcome to apply.

Important: BlinkRest will not provide paid AI subscriptions, support-tool subscriptions, API credits or other paid software plans. Applicants are not required to purchase subscriptions to participate.

Internship & Stipend Details

- Duration: 3 months.
- Work arrangement: Fully remote; no office attendance required.
- Performance-based stipend of up to ₹10,000 per month.
- Stipend eligibility and amount will depend on clearly communicated performance criteria, onboarding quality, response accuracy, consistency and agreed deliverables.
- Working hours, responsibilities and stipend criteria will be communicated before onboarding.
