Job Description – Recruiter (Oil & Gas)

Permanent HR – Recruitment

Location: Thane (HO)Experience: 1–3 Years (Recruitment Experience)

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Oil & Gas, EPC and Engineering projects.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals and databases.
- Recruit for technical positions such as Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, QA/QC, Planning, Piping and HSE Engineers.
- Screen resumes and assess candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate technical interviews with clients and hiring managers.
- Discuss salary expectations, notice periods and candidate availability.
- Follow up with selected candidates until offer acceptance and joining.
- Maintain recruitment MIS, candidate trackers and daily hiring reports.




- Ensure timely closure of positions within the defined TAT.
- Coordinate documentation, medical tests and onboarding formalities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline; MBA-HR preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment.
- Experience in Oil & Gas, EPC or Engineering recruitment preferred.
- Positive communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of job portals and candidate sourcing techniques.
- Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
