Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and creative Content Creator with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should be skilled in creating engaging social media content, producing high-quality reels and videos, and developing creative ideas to promote real estate projects and investment opportunities in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging reels, short-form videos, promotional videos, and social media posts.

- Develop creative content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

- Shoot and edit videos showcasing properties, projects, and real estate investment opportunities.

- Research social media trends, trending audio, and innovative content formats.

- Write engaging captions, video scripts, headlines, and calls to action.

- Plan and manage monthly content calendars.

- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support promotional campaigns.

- Maintain consistent branding and high-quality content across platforms.

- Monitor content performance, reach, views, and audience engagement.

- Generate creative ideas to improve brand awareness and attract potential clients.





- Stay updated on real estate marketing trends in Dubai and India.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in content creation, video editing, or social media content production.

- Strong video shooting and editing skills.

- Experience creating reels and engaging short-form videos.

- Proficiency in tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar software.

- Valuable understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

- Strong creative thinking, storytelling, and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and deliver content within deadlines.

- A portfolio of previous work is required.

- Experience in real estate, luxury properties, or digital marketing will be an advantage.
