Job Title: US Travel Sales Consultant

Experience: 2+ Years

Location: Rajender Place, New Delhi

Working Days: 5.5 Days a Week

Shift: Rotational Shift

Key Responsibilities:

· Handle inbound and outbound calls for US travel sales.

· Assist customers with flight bookings, fare quotations, itinerary planning, cancellations, and modifications.

· Provide the best airline fare options based on customer requirements.

· Achieve individual sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.

· Maintain accurate booking records and follow company processes.

· Build and maintain solid customer relationships to maximise repeat business.

Requirements:

· Minimum 2+ years of experience in US Travel Sales.

· Strong knowledge of airline fares, ticketing, routing, and fare rules.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills.





· Experience with GDS (Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo) will be an added advantage.

· Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.

· Comfortable working in rotational shifts.

· Immediate joiners will be preferred.
