Job Description – Assistant Manager (IT)

Location: Thane, Mumbai
CTC: Up to ₹7.50 LPA
Experience: Minimum 5–6 years
Qualification: Any Graduate / BE
Shift: US Shift
Working Days: 5 days a week
Week Offs: 2 days a week

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day network operations, including LAN, WAN, VPN, DNS, DHCP and TCP/IP.
- Monitor, troubleshoot and optimize network performance.
- Manage routers, switches, firewalls and network security.
- Configure and troubleshoot FortiGate firewalls, Cisco/HPE devices and VPN connections.
- Handle network administration, incident management and problem resolution.
- Implement network upgrades, firmware updates and security policies.
- Coordinate with vendors and provide network status updates to stakeholders.
- Support Active Directory, Windows Server and related IT infrastructure.
- Arrange video conferencing for senior management.





Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of networking protocols, VLANs, routing and switching.
- Hands-on experience with Cisco/HPE networking devices and FortiGate firewalls.
- Knowledge of OSPF, BGP, NAT, IPsec VPN and SSL VPN.
- Experience with network monitoring and diagnostic tools such as Wireshark and SNMP.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical and communication skills.
- CCNA certification preferred.

Candidate Profile :

Candidates should have relevant experience in network administration, infrastructure management and troubleshooting, along with positive communication skills and the ability to support business-critical IT operations.

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
