Key Responsibilities

- Welcome guests and assist them with seating arrangements, wherever required.
- Set up dining tables with appropriate crockery, cutlery, glassware, and other service items.
- Serve food and beverages in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist in taking food orders and communicating them accurately to the kitchen team.
- Clear used plates, glasses, and cutlery from tables promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in dining areas, service counters, and other assigned spaces.
- Ensure tables are cleaned and reset after each service.
- Refill water, beverages, and other items as required.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff and supervisors to ensure timely food service.
- Follow food safety, personal hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Handle crockery, cutlery, glassware, and service equipment carefully.
- Report customer complaints, service issues, breakages, or shortages to the supervisor.
- Assist with buffet arrangements, food counters, and special events whenever required.




- Follow the prescribed duty roster, grooming standards, uniform requirements, and company policies.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor or management.

Qualification & Experience

- Education: Minimum 10th pass preferred.
- Experience: prior hotel, restaurant, cafeteria, or hospital catering experience is an advantage.
- Skills: Valuable communication, customer service, teamwork, and basic food service knowledge.
- Personal Attributes: Well-groomed, polite, punctual, disciplined, and service-oriented.

Working Conditions

- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Must comply with food hygiene, safety, and workplace rules.

Pay: ₹1,600.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
