Hello!

We are looking for motivated and empathetic Counselling Psychologists to join our team. The role involves counselling and psychological support, interacting with individuals/students, understanding their concerns, and providing appropriate guidance and counselling interventions.

The position will involve travelling across Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh and Chandigarh as part of the role.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct individual and/or group counselling sessions.
- Understand clients' concerns and provide appropriate psychological guidance.
- Build a comfortable and trusting relationship with clients.
- Maintain confidentiality and professional ethics.
- Assess counselling needs and provide suitable interventions or guidance.
- Maintain basic records and documentation of counselling sessions.
- Coordinate with the relevant team members whenever required.
- Travel to different locations across the assigned region as part of the job.




- Represent the organisation professionally during counselling activities, workshops and other engagements.

2-Month Trial Period
Selected candidates will initially undergo a 2-month trial period, which will involve travelling and performing the responsibilities of the role.

Based on performance, professional conduct, counselling skills and suitability for the role, candidates who successfully complete the trial period will be offered permanent employment with the organisation.
