Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates for the position of Telecaller – Inbound Sales. The candidate will handle incoming customer calls, understand their requirements, explain products or services, and convert enquiries into sales.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle incoming customer calls and respond to enquiries.
- Understand customer needs and explain relevant products or services.
- Convert inbound enquiries into sales and achieve assigned targets.
- Provide accurate information about pricing, features, and services.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain proper records.




- Build positive customer relationships through effective communication.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth customer handling.

Requirements

- Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply.
- Hindi-speaking skills are mandatory.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn.
- Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
- Prior telecalling or sales experience is an added advantage.
