Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced SAP SD Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in EDI/IDoc integration to manage SAP-side EDI configuration, IDoc processing, testing, monitoring, troubleshooting, and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure, maintain, and support inbound and outbound IDoc interfaces.
- Perform IDoc changes, monitoring, troubleshooting, reprocessing, and error resolution.
- Configure and maintain Partner Profiles, Message Types, Ports, Basic Types, and IDoc-related settings.
- Support SAP SD EDI scenarios covering sales orders, order acknowledgements, deliveries/ASNs, invoices, and related transactions.
- Configure and maintain output determination/output management for relevant SD processes.
- Create test data and test scenarios and support Unit Testing, SIT, regression testing, and UAT.
- Coordinate with IBM Sterling/middleware teams for end-to-end EDI testing and defect resolution.
- Analyze SAP-side interface issues and support root-cause analysis.
- Prepare and maintain functional specifications, configuration documents, test evidence, and interface documentation.
- Support implementation, deployment, production monitoring, and post-go-live stabilization.
Skill Requirements
- Solid 7+ years of experience in SAP SD, preferably in SAP S/4HANA.
- Good experience with EDI, ALE, and IDoc processing.
- Hands-on knowledge of Partner Profiles, Message Types, IDoc monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Strong understanding of SD output determination/output management.
- Good understanding of end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes.
- Experience supporting EDI/interface testing and integration with external middleware.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.

Other Requirements
- Understanding of X12/EDIFACT EDI transactions.
- Basic ABAP/debugging knowledge for coordination with technical development teams.
