We're a 60,000 sq. ft. facility on 4 acres with 52 luxury rooms and 2 specialty dining outlets, offering comprehensive wellness programs. Our positioning combines clinical wellness excellence with luxury hospitality standards.

About Job role

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to promote our wellness retreat, generate bookings, and build strong relationships with clients and business partners. The ideal candidate should have valuable communication skills and the ability to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote wellness retreat packages, accommodation, wellness programs, spa services, and retreat experiences.
- Generate leads through calls, emails, social media, and other sales channels.
- Handle customer enquiries, explain packages, prepare quotations, and follow up on bookings.
- Build relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, tour operators, and wellness partners.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and increase revenue.
- Maintain customer databases, sales reports, and booking records.




- Coordinate with the reservations, front office, and operations teams to ensure a smooth guest experience.
- Follow up with guests for feedback, repeat bookings, and referrals.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in sales; hospitality, resort, tourism, or wellness industry experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good customer relationship management and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and CRM software.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently.
