Job Overview

We're looking for an experienced Tandoor Chef to prepare a variety of tandoori dishes, kebabs, Indian breads, and marinated items. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining authentic flavors, consistent food quality, proper cooking techniques, and hygiene standards while operating the tandoor safely.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare marinades for meat, seafood, paneer, and vegetables according to standard recipes.
- Prepare and bake Indian breads, including Naan, Roti, Paratha, and Kulcha.
- Grill and roast kebabs, tandoori starters, and other tandoor-based dishes while maintaining proper cooking temperatures and presentation standards.
- Monitor and control tandoor temperature and charcoal or gas usage.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards at the tandoor station.
- Monitor ingredient stock levels, ensure proper storage, and minimize food wastage.




- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and service during busy hours.

Qualifications and Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience as a Tandoor Chef in a restaurant or commercial kitchen.
- Expertise in tandoori marinades, meat preparation, kebab preparation, and Indian bread making.
- Good knowledge of food safety, kitchen hygiene, and safe tandoor operation.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-temperature kitchen environment.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Job Details and Benefits

- Monthly Off: 4 days per month on a rotational basis.
- Meals Provided: 3 duty meals daily — Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner.
- Shift Timings: Rotational shifts based on restaurant operating hours.
- Joining: Immediate joining preferred.
