## Job Summary
We are looking for a solid SAP TM S/4HANA Consultant for Transportation Management in Supply Chain Management. The candidate should have profound knowledge and experience in SAP Transportation Management (SAP TM) and SAP Logistics Execution (SAP LE), along with strong functional and business process expertise.
## Key Responsibilities
- Moderate and conduct business process and solution workshops.
- Design configurations and customizations to meet business process requirements.
- Explain business processes and SAP S/4HANA best practices.
- Support the definition and review of application requirements.
- Design and explore gap-resolution options.
- Configure the system to match the approved design.
- Participate in transitioning functional designs to developers and ensure a clear and complete understanding of the designs.
- Participate in quality reviews to ensure traceability of designs to requirements.
- Transfer functional designs to technical designers.
- Create RICEFW Functional Designs.
## Mandatory Skills and Qualifications
- Profound knowledge of **SAP Transportation Management (SAP TM)**.
- Knowledge and experience in **SAP Logistics Execution (SAP LE)**.
- Experience with **SAP S/4HANA**.
- Strong functional and business process skills.
- Good understanding of custom development concepts and functionality.
- Understanding of SAP system limitations with respect to customization.
- Experience in requirements definition and review, configuration, functional design, and gap resolution.
- Experience conducting and facilitating design and review sessions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide strategic solutions to business challenges.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
- Fluency in English.
- Readiness to travel within Europe.
## Preferred Skills
- Exposure to ServiceNow or similar ticketing tools is an added advantage.
## Interview Process
- **L1:** Virtual Interview.
- **L2:** Face-to-Face Interview in Mumbai for candidates shortlisted after L1.
Candidates must be informed about the L2 face-to-face interview and confirm their availability to attend in Mumbai.
