Job Responsibilities

- Manage and execute residential interior projects from initiation to final handover.
- Plan project schedules, allocate resources, and monitor execution progress.
- Coordinate with designers, carpenters, installation teams, vendors, and clients.
- Ensure projects are completed within the agreed timeline and quality standards.
- Review drawings, BOQs, measurements, and material requirements.
- Monitor site activities and resolve execution-related issues.
- Coordinate electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and other interior-related works.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure quality workmanship.
- Maintain project reports and provide regular updates to management.
- Handle client coordination,



site meetings, and project handovers.

Eligibility & Requirements

- Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.
- 2–8 years of experience in residential interior project execution.
- Experience in modular kitchen, wardrobe, and complete home interior projects is preferred.,
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD drawings, BOQ, measurements, and site execution.
- Strong team management, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Positive communication and client-handling abilities.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
