Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts Manager with strong knowledge of accounting principles and hands-on experience in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining financial records, handling GST compliance, preparing financial reports, and ensuring accurate financial management of the company.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily accounting transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
- Maintain accurate books of accounts using Tally Prime / Tally ERP
- Prepare bank reconciliation statements and maintain cash and bank accounts.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare monthly financial statements, profit & loss reports, and balance sheets.
- Monitor invoices, expenses, outstanding payments, and collections.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, and tax consultants.




- Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records.
- Manage and supervise the accounts team, if required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent qualification.
- 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Strong working knowledge of Tally Prime / Tally ERP 9.
- Valuable knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian taxation.
- Experience in bank reconciliation and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate

- Candidates with practical experience in handling complete company accounts.
- Knowledge of payroll and statutory compliance will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
