GROWTHVUE GROUP Seeking a Motivated and Customer - Focused Tele caller to Join our growing Solar Energy System. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers interested in solar energy solutions. Your responsibilities include connecting with potential customers, explaining our solar products and services, answering queries, and scheduling appointments with our solar sales consultants.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact prospective customers through phone calls to generate solar leads.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding solar panel systems and renewable energy solutions.
- Explain solar products, installation processes, pricing, subsidies, and available government benefits.
- Schedule appointments for site visits and consultations with the solar sales team.
- Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into potential sales opportunities.




- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and leads.
- Coordinate with the sales and technical teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling, lead-generation, and appointment targets.

Required Skills

- - Good communication and convincing skills.
- Customer-friendly attitude and a positive approach.
- Basic knowledge of solar energy (training can be provided).
- Ability to handle customer queries and follow-ups.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Any degree /Minimum 1 Year Experience Need

Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
