Job Overview

HackNow is looking for an enthusiastic, creative, and motivated Marketing & HR Intern to join our team.

The candidate will work across Marketing and Human Resources functions, gaining practical experience in digital marketing, social media management, recruitment, talent acquisition, employee coordination, and business development support.

This is an excellent opportunity for students and fresh graduates who want to develop professional skills and gain hands-on corporate experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain company social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Create engaging marketing content, posts, creatives, and promotional materials.
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
- Research industry trends, competitors, and target audiences.
- Promote HackNow's ServiceNow services, IT training programs, and career opportunities.




- Generate potential leads through social media and other online platforms.
- Support brand awareness and online engagement activities.
- Assist in email marketing and promotional campaigns.
- Track social media performance and prepare basic marketing reports.

2. HR Responsibilities

- Assist in recruitment and talent acquisition activities.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules and updates.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Assist with onboarding and documentation of new employees.
- Support employee engagement and HR administrative activities.
- Maintain attendance and other basic employee records.

3. Coordination & Administrative Responsibilities

- Coordinate with internal teams to complete assigned tasks.
- Prepare daily and weekly activity reports.
- Assist in organizing meetings, training sessions, and company activities.
- Support management with marketing and HR-related projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in BBA, MBA, B.Com, B.A., or a related field.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.




- Basic knowledge of social media platforms.
- Interest in digital marketing, recruitment, and human resources.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Positive organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of Canva and content creation.
- Basic understanding of LinkedIn marketing.
- Knowledge of recruitment platforms and resume screening.
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts.
- Basic understanding of Google Workspace.
