As we continue to expand, we are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Call Executive to manage leads, communicate with potential clients and support our business growth.

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and well-spoken Call Executive to handle incoming and outgoing calls, communicate with potential clients, manage leads and maintain regular follow-ups.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to understand client requirements and experience in handling leads professionally. The role involves building positive client relationships, managing inquiries and supporting the sales and business development team.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential clients and current leads.
- Handle incoming calls and respond to client inquiries professionally.
- Communicate with leads to understand their requirements and business needs.
- Provide relevant information about the company's services and solutions.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with interested and existing leads.
- Maintain accurate records of client conversations, lead details and follow-up activities.
- Update and manage lead information using CRM software, MS Excel or other tracking tools.
- Identify potential business opportunities and forward qualified leads to the sales team.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client communication.




- Build and maintain professional relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Work towards daily and monthly calling, follow-up and lead conversion targets.
- Prepare regular reports on calling activities and lead status.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Good verbal communication skills in English, Hindi and Gujarati.
- Strong interpersonal and client-handling skills.
- Good listening skills and the ability to understand client requirements.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Ability to handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally.
- Strong follow-up and lead management skills.
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Positive attitude, confidence and a professional approach.
- Ability to manage multiple leads and maintain accurate records.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience in telecalling, lead management, customer support or business development is preferred.
- Experience in the IT, SaaS, digital marketing or technology industry is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with CRM software and lead tracking tools is a plus.
- Experience in handling client inquiries and scheduling meetings is preferred.

Job Details

- Job Type: Full-time
- Location: Surat, Gujarat
- Work Mode: Work from Office
- Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday (2 Saturdays working every month)
- Joining Date: Immediate / As per availability
