Job Summary:

We are looking for a Fresher Quality Engineer with basic theoretical knowledge and practical understanding of Sheet Metal, Fabrication, and Welding processes to join our Quality team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in inspection of Sheet Metal components, Fabricated parts & Welded assemblies as per drawings.
- Perform In-process Quality Checks (IPQC) and Final Inspection.
- Understand and use Quality measuring instruments - Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, etc.
- Check welding quality - visual inspection for weld defects, penetration, spatter, etc.
- Prepare and maintain Quality reports, Inspection reports & NCR.
- Coordinate with Production team for quality issues and root cause analysis.




- Ensure adherence to Quality Management Systems (ISO).

Required Skills & Knowledge:

- Basic knowledge of Sheet Metal operations - Cutting, Bending, Punching, Laser cutting.
- Knowledge of Fabrication and Welding processes - MIG, TIG, ARC Welding.
- Ability to read and understand Engineering Drawings (2D).
- Basic knowledge of 7 QC tools.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
