We are looking for a motivated and experienced Team Lead – Mentorship to lead, guide, and support a team of mentors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring team performance, providing mentorship and coaching, ensuring quality standards, and helping team members achieve their individual and team goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, guide, and motivate the mentorship team to achieve organizational objectives.
- Provide regular coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to team members.
- Monitor daily activities, productivity, and overall team performance.
- Conduct team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
- Identify skill gaps and implement development plans to improve team effectiveness.
- Ensure smooth coordination and communication within the team.
- Resolve team-related challenges and support members in achieving their targets.
- Track performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management.
- Maintain quality standards and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Foster a positive, cooperative, and growth-oriented work environment.





Qualifications and Skills:

- 2–5 years of experience in team leadership, mentoring, training, or people management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to motivate, coach, and develop team members.
- Good organizational, time-management, and reporting skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- This role may involve occasional site visits.
- A proactive leader with a positive attitude.
- Strong mentoring and people-management capabilities.
- Ability to build team engagement and encourage continuous learning.
