Job Title: Lead Generation Executive – Fresher

Duration: 6 months

Employment Type: Full-time (Internship)

Location: Magnum Towers, Sector 58, Gurgaon, India

Job Summary:

Nextspark Ventures LLP is looking for detail-oriented and research-driven Lead Generation Executives to identify potential clients, build quality lead databases, and support business development activities. The ideal candidate should have an interest in internet research, LinkedIn prospecting, email outreach, and helping the company generate new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Research and identify potential clients using Google, LinkedIn, business directories, and other online platforms
- Build and maintain accurate databases of prospective clients and decision-makers
- Support lead generation and client acquisition activities
- Conduct initial outreach through emails, LinkedIn, calls, and WhatsApp
- Maintain lead records, follow-up schedules, and reports using MS Excel or Google Sheets
- Research target industries, companies, and potential business opportunities
- Assist the business development team in qualifying leads and scheduling client meetings




- Track outreach activities and maintain updated communication records
- Support marketing and business expansion initiatives

Skills Required:

- Basic knowledge of internet research and lead generation
- Valuable English communication and written communication skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and professional networking platforms
- Good attention to detail and data accuracy
- Ability to organize information and maintain records
- Willingness to learn sales prospecting and business development techniques
- Freshers and recent graduates are encouraged to apply

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gurugram, Haryana: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
