About Pluxo Media:

We are looking for a Creator Operations Co-Founder who lives and breathes Instagram culture, reel trends, and creator ecosystems to manage our talent networks and campaign execution.

What You Will Own & Execute:

1. Creator Discovery & Rigorous Vetting:

- Scouting high-sponsorship micro-creators across key niches (Fashion/GRWM, Skincare/Grooming, Tech, Fitness, Finance).

- Auditing creator profiles for audience authenticity, real engagement rates, and content quality.

2. Trial Audition & Onboarding Pipelines:

- Running creators through our structured trial audition framework.

- Negotiating deliverables, managing creator databases (Notion/Google Sheets), and building a reliable roster of 100+ active creators.

3. Campaign Execution & Deliverable Tracking:

- Coordinating with creators during live brand campaigns to ensure timely script approvals, reel submissions,



and performance reporting.

What We Expect from You:

- Intimate knowledge of Instagram algorithms, creator economy trends, and sponsored content formats.
- Robust organizational skills and communication finesse to manage multiple creator chats simultaneously.
- High execution drive and passion for building a world-class creator network from scratch on a partnership model.
