Key Responsibilities
- Attend to customers at the sales counter and understand their requirements.
- Explain products, features, pricing, offers, and services to customers.
- Generate sales by effectively communicating product benefits and upselling/cross-selling.
- Handle customer queries, provide product recommendations, and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales orders as required.
- Maintain proper records of daily sales, stock, and customer details.
- Coordinate with the inventory/store team to ensure product availability.
- Achieve daily, monthly, and assigned sales targets.
- Handle cash/card/UPI payments and ensure accurate billing.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper presentation of the counter/display area.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
