Operations Executive – Fleet Management

Job Summary

Support daily fleet availability, vehicle readiness and driver coordination for transport operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain vehicle availability and allocation trackers for planned trips.

- Coordinate with drivers on reporting, trip progress and vehicle issues.

- Follow up on scheduled maintenance, breakdown updates and vehicle readiness.

- Track validity of vehicle documents and notify the responsible team of upcoming renewals.

- Prepare fleet utilisation and pending-action reports and escalate service interruptions.

Qualifications & Experience

Graduate preferred. Relevant experience in logistics,



transportation or the role’s core function is preferred. Candidates should be comfortable managing time-sensitive follow-ups and maintaining accurate records.

Skills

Fleet tracking, driver coordination, maintenance follow-up, record keeping and Excel.
