- Supervise day-to-day civil maintenance and repair works.
- Monitor building infrastructure, plumbing, painting, flooring and renovation activities.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors and maintenance teams.
- Conduct regular inspections of hospital buildings and facilities.
- Ensure timely completion of civil projects and maintenance activities.
- Maintain records of maintenance work and project expenses.
- Ensure compliance with hospital safety standards and NABH requirements.
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
