- At least 1 year of experience in BPO workforce management and working with IEX tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to work rotational night shifts aligned with US shifts.
- Candidates must carry a copy of their resume and valid government-issued ID.

- Monitor real-time operations and workforce performance.
- Analyse operational metrics and provide real-time insights.
- Support workforce management, scheduling, and performance optimisation.
