We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Performance Marketing Manager to join our team and help drive business growth through effective digital advertising strategies.

Job Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram).
- Manage paid advertising campaigns to generate leads, traffic, and conversions.
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
- Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports.
- Identify opportunities to improve campaign results and reduce advertising costs.
- Coordinate with the content and design teams to develop effective ad creatives.

Requirements





- Basic understanding of digital marketing and paid advertising platforms.
- Knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and campaign analytics is an advantage.
- Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn new tools, strategies, and marketing trends.
- Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
